PRINCIPLE

Thermoelectric cooling TEC modules use Peltier effect or Seebeck effect of thermoelectric TEC materials to realize the direct conversion between thermal energy and electric energy in the solid state.It cannot only realize accurate temperature control (TEC),but also realize power generation (TEG) under temperature difference.

Our corporation has more than two decades of research and practice experiences on the compositional design of thermoelectric materials, modulation of the micro-structure, and the synthesis by melting spinning, self-propagating high temperature synthesis, hot extrusion etc. Mechanically robust Bi₂Te₃ based compounds with extraordinary thermoelectric properties have been developed.
